Terms and Conditions

1. Program Overview

Thermodyne Systems operates multiple online stores, including but not limited to:

The Program allows approved affiliates to earn brand-specific commissions by referring customers to these websites. Commission rates vary by brand (see Affiliate Dashboard or Program Highlights).

2. Enrollment

- You must submit an accurate and complete application.
- Thermodyne Systems reserves the right to approve or reject applications at its sole discretion.
- Affiliates may not use misleading, fraudulent, or illegal methods to promote the Program.

3. Affiliate Responsibilities

- Promote Thermodyne Systems brands truthfully and in good faith.
- Do not engage in spam, cookie stuffing, or misleading promotions.
- Do not bid on Thermodyne Systems brand names, trademarks, or close variations in paid search campaigns.
- Affiliates are responsible for compliance with applicable laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, FTC guidelines, advertising standards).

4. Commissions & Payments

- Commission rates are brand-specific and published in the affiliate dashboard.
- Commissions are calculated on net sales (excluding taxes, shipping, discounts, returns, or refunds).
- The minimum payout threshold is $500 USD.
- Payments are processed only after 30 days following the close of the customer return window.
- Orders that are cancelled, returned, or fraudulent during this 30-day period will not qualify for commission.
- Thermodyne Systems pays commissions in USD and reserves the right to adjust processing schedules as needed.

5. Term & Termination
This Agreement begins upon your acceptance into the Program and continues until terminated.
Either party may terminate participation at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
Thermodyne Systems may withhold or cancel final payments if fraudulent, abusive, or non-compliant activity is detected.

6. Intellectual Property
Affiliates are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use approved marketing materials provided by Thermodyne Systems.
Unauthorized use of brand names, logos, copyrighted materials, or modified assets is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability
Thermodyne Systems shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
Total liability is limited to the commissions paid to you in the three (3) months prior to any claim.

8. Modification
Thermodyne Systems reserves the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued participation in the Program after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

10. Acceptance
By joining the Thermodyne Systems Affiliate Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
